The problem
This recruitment industry client was using different CRMs, which was making things complicated when trying to set up simple automated marketing campaigns. They were frustrated that each time they needed to use a feature, they had to engage an external consultant which cost them time and money.
As the team was looking to grow and scale, they needed to find a robust solution that would help them streamline all of their apps together so they all play nice and most importantly save time for everyone involved in their small team.
The solution
We took the client through the Bumper Blueprint workshop to identify the ideal sales process for how to attract, nurture and convert leads into clients.
We decided that from a cost and efficacy perspective, they would need to change CRMs which would allow them to self-manage the system on their own. We implemented a new CRM into their business, and segmented their leads from their candidates to clarify communications.
We also set up various automations that made it easier for them to accept and manage appointments without all the manual work they were doing before.
The result
Since the implementation 3 years ago, this client has tripled their business and expanded. The owner is now completely hands off and has the freedom to focus on whatever he wants.
The systems we implemented fit in seamlessly with their business, helping the client grow without disruption or big changes. We now support them on a monthly basis helping them onboard new team members and setting up new automations as their business continues to grow.
