Our client – a leading medical industry training company – came to us in full swing of a website changeover. We were involved in all the core functions of the website implementation, working very closely with developers and ensuring the CX and UX was front of mind at all times.
Shortly after successfully launching the new website, marketing automation and CRM system, Covid-19 took off, and hit our client hard. All physical workshops came to a standstill and our client found themselves with a wonderful, fully automated CRM… and no customers.
Bumper Leads designed and implemented their new LMS (learning management system) for pre-course learning, through to building fully customised and personalised client onboarding funnels, as well as during and post workshop funnels.
With a new system built for online learning and systems to support a virtual world, our client pivoted and duplicated all of their workshops for online delivery. 26 workshops quickly become 52 and the rest is history!
Our client now offers physical, online and blended learning, all thanks to the power of marketing automation, a flexible CRM, LMS and other Martech tools that made it all possible.

During their personalised Bumper Blueprint workshop, we identified the technology they needed to be using, and how it needed to be used to reach their business goals. We integrated WordPress, Acuity and Active Campaign, as well as SMS messaging and automated email marketing to keep their classes full of paying students.
We’ve been supporting this online training provider since 2018 and continue to do so. We are their marketing automation partner, offering ongoing advice they continue to profit from.
